Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/827 of 4 March 2024 implementing Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine

On 04 March 2024, the Council of the European Union reviewed Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 and decided that the information contained therein about the rights of defence and the right to effective judicial protection should be updated
