On 26 February 2024, the Council of the European Union decided to amend Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2016/44 on the basis of a decision by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to Resolution 1970 (2011) concerning Libya that one person should no longer be subject to the travel ban measure imposed pursuant to paragraph 15 of Resolution 1970 (2011). That person continues to be subject to the asset freeze imposed pursuant to paragraph 19 of Resolution 1973 (2011).
