On 22 April 2024 the Council of the European Union decided to update the contact details of Member States’ competent authorities and the Commission by replacing Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2017/1770, which includes the list of contact details of Member States’ competent authorities and the address for notifications to the Commission
On 22 April 2024 the Council of the European Union also decided to delete certain provisions relating to UNSC Resolution 2374 (2017) from the operative part of Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775. Moreover, for the purposes of increased consistency and coherence across Union restrictive measures, the Council also decided to amend the existing humanitarian exemption and the derogation mechanism, as well as to introduce a review clause related to those humanitarian exceptions. Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775 has been amended accordingly
