ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Regime

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3148 of 11 December 2024 amending for the 344th time Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida organisations

On 2 December 2024, the Sanctions Committee of the United Nations Security Council established pursuant to UN Security Council Resolutions 1267(1999), 1989(2011) and 2253(2015) decided to amend three entries in the list of persons, groups and entities to whom the freezing of funds and economic resources is to apply. Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 was therefore amended accordingly,
