Council Regulation (EU) 2025/390 of 24 February 2025 amending Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine
The Council decided it was appropriate to make a number of technical amendments in order to ensure the clarity of certain provisions of Regulation (EU) No 269/2014, including those concerning documents held by the Union institutions and the processing of personal data.
