The EU has amended its restrictive measures against Russia by adding 26 new entities to the sanctions list for supporting Russia’s military and industrial complex, including some based in third countries. It also introduced tighter export controls, expanded the list of restricted goods, and implemented new mechanisms to prevent the circumvention of sanctions through indirect exports or financial services.
