Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/2871 of 18 December 2023 amending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine

Restrictive measures have been imposed against 61 persons and 86 entities under the Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP. Moreover, the listing criteria has also been extended and a number of derogations introduced. Technical amendments have been reflected in the operative text.
