On 28 September 2023 the Council of the European Union concluded that the restrictive measures referred to in Article 2f of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, which are restrictive measures aimed at suspending the broadcasting activities in the Union, or directed at the Union, should apply as of 1 October 2023 in respect of all entities referred to in Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2023/1214, which entities are media outlets
