On 24 November 2025 the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2025/2398 in order to add one entity to the list of persons, groups, undertakings and entities subject to restrictive measures.That entity is already subject to restrictive measures under Council Decision 2010/788/CFSP (4) and Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005. In order to ensure uniform implementation of the asset freeze measures, Decision (CFSP) 2025/2398 suspended the relevant restrictive measures applicable to that entity under that Decision for as long as the measures provided for in Decision 2010/788/CFSP apply to it. Regulation (EU) 2016/1686 was therefore amended accordingly.
