Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3107 of 9 December 2024 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

Further to a review of the autonomous restrictive measures laid down in Article 2b of Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005, the entries for certain persons listed in Annex Ia to Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 were amended. Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 was amended accordingly.
