Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2670 of 8 October 2024 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

Following the judgments of the General Court in Cases T-88/23 and T-89/23, two entries should be deleted from the list of natural or legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex Ia to Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005.
