Security Council ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee Amends One Entry to Its Sanctions List On 21 October 2025, the Security Council Committee amended an entry in its ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List of individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo.

The Committee amended the entry listed below on its Sanctions List of people and organizations subject to the travel ban, arms embargo, and asset freeze outlined in paragraph 1 of Security Council resolution 2734 (2024), which was adopted under Chapter VII of the UN Charter, on October 16, 2025.
