Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/2191 of 28 September 2026 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

This Regulation shall enter into force on 29th September 2026. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
