Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/2143 of 18 September 2026 amending for the 361st time Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida organisations

The identifying data for two entries in the list of persons, groups and entities in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 to whom the restrictive measures apply were amended.
