Council Regulation (EU) 2026/1336 of 15 June 2026 amending Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine

Temporary derogations from asset freezes for a designated entity were introduced. These allowed the wind-down of existing contracts and limited purchases of critical components, while requiring operators to diversify supply chains and transition to alternative sources.
