The entries for 14 natural persons set out in Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2017/2063 has been updated.
Moreover, in light of recent developments in Venezuela and the lack of progress towards a Venezuelan-led dialogue leading to the restoration of democracy and the rule of law, and in view of the continued grave human rights situation in the country, the Council considered that 15 persons are to be included in the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2017/2063.
