In view of the worsening political, economic, security and humanitarian situation in Haiti, including the results of the escalating gang violence, the unremitting serious human rights abuses committed by the gangs, and the continuing impunity for the perpetrators, three persons were added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex Ia to Regulation (EU) 2022/2309.
