On 3 May 2012, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 377/2012. Pursuant to Article 11 of Regulation (EU) No 377/2012, the Council reviewed the restrictive measures in view of the situation in Guinea-Bissau, and considers that three persons should be removed from the list of persons subject to restrictive measures, as set out in Annex I to that Regulation.
