On 26 July, 2024, the Council of the European Union conducted an evaluation of the relevant circumstances and situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, subsequent to which it considered that nine persons and one entity should be added to the list of natural or legal person, entities and bodies set out in Annex Ia to Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005
